BOOKING YOUR ADVENTURE

Ready for an adventure? Book your unique desert experience or excursion to Ouarzazate and its surroundings today. Simply fill out our online booking form with your preferred departure date and number of travellers. Don’t forget to mention any special requirements so we can personalize your trip.

We will get back to you as soon as possible after receiving your form. To confirm your reservation, we require a 30% deposit once your excursion has been validated. This deposit can be paid by bank transfer or another secure method.


TRAVEL INSURANCE

The safety and well-being of our travellers is our absolute priority. We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance before departure, covering:

  • Unforeseen losses and expenses
  • Accidents, illness and injuries
  • Medical expenses and emergency repatriation
  • Personal liability
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Delayed or cancelled flights
  • Lost luggage or stolen money

Please note that all insurance costs are your responsibility. We rely on you to arrange insurance that meets the requirements listed above.


CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected events can happen. Here is our cancellation policy:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund, minus a €50 cancellation fee per person.
  • Between 15 and 30 days before departure: 50% refund, minus a €50 cancellation fee per person.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Cancellations must be made in writing by email or registered mail. The date we receive your cancellation will be considered the effective cancellation date.

Cancellation by River Safari:
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case, a full refund will be issued. You will be informed at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date.

Important: We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to cancellation, such as travel, accommodation, visa, or vaccination fees.


ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation standards in Morocco may vary by region. During your stay, we offer a selection of hotels, riads, and guesthouses depending on availability. We do our best to provide a wide range of accommodation options, with upgrade options available at an additional cost.

We will provide a list of accommodation options based on your personal preferences and availability. Quality may vary depending on the region and type of trip booked.


COMPLAINTS & ASSISTANCE

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any problems or dissatisfaction during your trip, please inform us immediately. You can contact your driver, your guide, or the staff at your accommodation. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue and improve your experience.
